I think the only clue to Spyder modifications on the Body plate for a 1964 model would be the style line which should read "STYLE    64      0667" where the 0667 designates a Spyder convertible.

?62-3  were MONZAS / 9XX?s    that had the ?Spyder PKG?  ?64  is the ONLY SPYDER  MODEL  6XX?s
Now the FISHER BODY TAG  would be coded for the Body changes? exhaust opening, etc.

I have never heard of a Spyder from the factory that was NOT VINed as a Spyder.
