At the engine….  Throttle rod with return spring… take swivel pin out of lever on crossshaft…. Turn CW  TWO  turns….  TESTDRIVE

My only complaint with the 2 speed is that if you want to pass somebody 
at, say, 35 mph, you've got to stay in high gear, which doesn't give you 
a lot of acceleration. Not sure what the maximum speed is in low, but it 
doesn't like downshifts at 30mph or more. Mine doesn't anyway. Fierce 
gear change followed by lots of revs!
