<VV> Broken starter noses / FIX

Doesn’t need to be Grade 8….   It just presses on the NoseCone  Casting  to give it  resistance to the SHOCK / Flex.

Okay, I'll bite... what does this grade 8 bolt do?  Pic is very close-up but looks like it is going in the backside of the snout about where the starter teeth would be located.  But I could be seeing incorrectly... either way, still trying to grasp what it does.
