<VV> Shift rod seal

Remove pin from shift coupler to get to end of shift shaft. Use sheet 
metal screw into old seal ( unless it is an original with a place to use 
a screwdriver to pop out the seal) to pull it out. Drive new seal in 
square to transmission.
