Thanks all, I'm getting a  correct size punch from the toolmaker at work and try to pop it out from the top. Already distorted the bottom end like Tim just said.

I have a punch that works good now from Harbor freight. It has a square ledge . It was a cheap set , @$8.00Before that I used one of my phillips screwdrivers from the bottom, carefully so tube does not cut into the handle. If you try a flat object on the bottom chances are you WILL add a bell at the bottom.? ?When building car motors , I usually end up putting a new tube in.Regards, Tim Colson? ? ? C N Y C C? ?
