It doesn't have any Corvairs in it, BUT most of us are driving Carb’d Corvairs so I felt it applies to most of us.
Any way, this guy makes a clear carburetor and then films it in operation with a High-Speed Camera.
I don't know if anyone else will find it interesting, but I thought it was cool watching the raw fuel vaporize as vacuum increases in the carb throat.
