Thank you Bryan and everyone else that reached out. This forum has been very educational and supportive throughout the restoration process. I feel very fortunate to have your experience at my disposal. Thank you all.

Gotcha.  In that case the car was delivered in that year where one key was used for everything.  Of course you could have it the locks set up by a locksmith whichever way you prefer.

 Bryan,
I apologize...I meant Monza, not Corsa.

 Hi Tim,
Well, the Corsa was only available in '65 and '66, so if that's what you have then yes, it would have come with different keys for the door/ignition and trunk/glovebox.  If it's a '63, then one key worked everything.
Of course, on a car today some previous owner may have re-arranged them to however they preferred.

This is Tim F in Tampa, Fl. I have a 1963 Corvair Corsa 2 door coupe and the key I have for the ignition and door locks is not correct. My question for the group is are theses locks all opened with the same key? I've been told that the doors and ignition take the same key and the trunk is a separate key. Is this correct? Thank you for your help and have a good day.
