LOL...All my replies from my phone got wiped due to the phones message
formatting..

I sent a couple replies that I will recap here..

Depending on the model of body, the "body only" I have weighed are.

Monza Jr = 40.5 lbs

Chevy JR = 38.8

The kart frame weight will vary based on whether or not the engine is stock,
along with whether or not the gas tank is full or empty. The stock Tecumseh
H35 weighs 25lbs and the side tank holds a Qt of gas. You can google the
specs of the H50 or HS50 depending on what 5hp you are running.

I don't have that weight handy for the bare frame, with or without engine.
Maybe someone can add some info.

I found a post referencing a 1962 Rupp advertisement stating the new 1962
Grand Prix without engine weighed in at 67 lbs. This is going to be
comparable within a few lbs of the Rupp D300 which the Monza/Chevy Jr was
based on. Adding 25 lbs for the H35 puts a stock Monza / Chevy Jr frame
(fully dressed with seat, tires, and engine) at around 100 lbs and might as
well say 150 lbs with body and attaching hardware.

Needless to say, well under 250lbs and I would be 100% comfortable with the
"Small" lift. I think Marks estimate was right on....
