<VV> Fuel Issue

Hello All:

I brought my 1965 Monza 110 out for the first time yesterday.  I had
parked it in November with full tank of gas treated with a dose of Stabil.

It started up after 3 cranks and I drove it out of the garage.  I
replaced the fan belt because the one I had purchased from Clark's kept
getting loose and throwing itself.

After I changed the belt, I went to start it up and it didn't.  It would
catch every 3-4th try and then sputter out.  I checked and the belt was
fine.

Since I was able to drive it out of the garage, I concluded that it must
be a fuel issue versus electrical.  I keep a spare, new fuel pump in the
trunk so I replaced the pump.  Still no go.  I should note that the tank
was replaced with a new one from Clark's about 10 years ago.  There
aren't many miles on the new tank.

This car suffered from vapor lock many years ago but replacing the fuel
pump solved that issue.   It's also not vapor lock now because the
engine was cold during the attempted starts.

At this point, what kinds of things should I be looking for?  A plugged
up sock in the tank?  A plugged inline filter?  Something else?

Thanks in advance for everyone's help.
