<VV> 1964 working horns.

I am restoring a 1964 Monza Coupe for a friend/ customer. After welding in
30 patch panels for rust, the car has been painted pearl white. To get
inspected,  we need  left and right horns. Steve Morton was the only vender
to have them. But he has refused to cash my check and ship the two horns.
If anyone has a pair of operating early horns, you could save this major
