Hi Mark,
That's an interesting idea, but I think people might infer that either the CPF was too cheap to pay for his meals or that Joe was short of dough. I think the most effective approach would be for anyone interested in having a one on one opportunity to chat with Joe would be for them to just come up and ask him (or me) what he's doing for lunch or dinner. Gee, we might be able to raise money by selling the privilege of dining with Joe to the highest bidder!

Maybe we could secretly "pass the hat" at the meetings he'll be at. I'm
sure there'd be little if any objection from anyone. And I think he'd enjoy
the surprise gift at the end of the meetings. :o)
