[1969] Checks

A note to all.  I will only confirm receipt when an e-mail address or
postcard is provided w/ your check -- please do not send cash, and I do
not process PayPal, or the like -- your check clearing your account (I
will try to deposit promptly) presumably will be sufficient.  I will be
strictly "serving" as the group's bookkeeper, and not membership
secretary, membership records and mailing list will be maintained
Marvin, Ken and Eve.

Mark was a great guy, who taught me a lot about '69 Corvairs, and even
more about life and fellow Vair enthusiasts.

I have had questions on how or who to make the checks payable too.  To
make it easy for Ed as he is just starting the account let's make the
checks payable to Ed Thompson.  Remember to enclose your VIN number and
return address.  I have a renewal form to enclose in our next
Newsletter.  Thanks.
