Sir, take out the side vents including the plastic cover and take a heavy
duty vaccume and suck out the trash that has accumulated in this area, you
should see several places that the water can pass though to the lower rocker
channel if you have cleaned it out proberly if not take a screwdriver and
start poking around then back with the vaccume untill all is clear in this
area, and if you want to make sure no rust comes back use por 15 and coat
this area with 3 coats of it and that should take care of your problem. To
test if all is clear take a garden hose and see if the area is holding
water if it is you did not get all the trash out go back untill it will not
hold water.
