[1969] Correct Stock Part Identification

My comment about there being no "correct" lighter for a '69 meant that at
the buyer's end, there was more than one lighter style.  Mark is correct in
saying there was a "correct" lighter at GM's end.  My '69 (2278) has the
"blade" style described by Mark.  (My car also has straight headrests, not
the later "bent" style.)  I don't know if this list strips attachments, but
I've attached a picture of my lighter.  In case it is stripped, here's a
