<CORSA Chapters> Club policy about CORSA

I belong to Rocky Mountain CORSA in Denver which has a 100% policy.  I'm 
more of a meeting and event attender as my main club is Pikes Peak in 
Colorado Springs which does not.  I'm not sure how many people RMC turns 
away with that policy.  I'm pretty embarrassed each year when we fill out 
the chapter report and PPCC is only a 63% CORSA members when70 miles away 
RMC is 100%
