<CORSA Chapters> awards and costs

Hmmm...................Another reason to charge postage to those who 
don't support the banquet or make
plans with a friend to transport their trophy(s). I really think it 
is unfair for those who spend the money to attend
the banquet to have to subsidize others who don't. Thanks for all 
your hard work.
