If we can work out the details, Monthly dispensations should not be an
issue. Details include do we have everyone renew on given date (Jan 1) or
on 1 year after they join ? trigger based on number of renewals received
(send a check if 3 or more?, hold to once a quarter if less) ? the
new(ish) CORSA database will allow some of this. Need to get some of the
kinks worked out.
