Hi.  I got this message as a Chapter officer (SCG)

I like Mark's proposal.  I think it would be helpful on a number of levels.
However, for the regular chapters, I think we would need more timely
(monthly?)dispensation of the dues to the chapters, as many have monthly
expenses.  I think for the SIG chapters quarterly dispensation would work
fine.

Yes, many SIG chapters do offer payment of dues in advance, although I don't
know about discounts.  It is certainly something to consider, however.

Maybe the chapters that require CORSA membership could be noted on the

renewals. do chapter accept 2 year renewals?   desirable?

some fine print that can be worked  out.
