<CORSA Chapters> Membership, dues and such

To be clear... is that CORSA Members... or two or more local members...
regardless of CORSA affiliation?

Does that count when I go over to my brothers at lunch just to talk
Corvairs... kind of like every Friday ?

Say it isn't so!  That's too many things to try and cover.
