<CORSA Chapters> Membership, dues and such

Steve collected and forwarded me about 20 surveys from RMC and PPCC.  One of them was really negative about CORSA and only belonged because RMC required it.  The rest were very possitive about being a CORSA member.  I'm a member of RMC and don't have a clue who it was.  It was the most negative survey I recieved and I entered it just like all the others.
