<CORSA Chapters> membership question

One thing to remember:  clubs that do not have 100% CORSA membership pay a fee to help offset that to CORSA.

Oh, I almost forgot about the Performance Corvair Group (PCG) speciality chapter. It requires CORSA membership. Since we don't charge dues (on-line newsletter only when there is a newsletter), we don't have the money to pay the non-100% chapter fee. The annual meeting, the Performance Workshop, finances are handled by our host.
