Sorry folks, Jamie indicated I should have placed more emphasis on the bias

Believe it or not -- This is not about increasing revenue -- it was about
how to provision how to allow those disinterested in the Communique but
interested in the Convention and other activities, wanting to support CORSA
and the Corvair community, be part of special interest groups etc. the
thought of 100% membership came after looking at the whole situation and it
seemed like a logical opportunity to make that adjustment. Proposed
membership fee for just "being a member of CORSA, no Communique" has not
been established -- range is 10-20 dollars a year to cover non Communique
expenses.
The adjustment to 100% membership has, to date, not been well received by
the chapters, but many individual members support the concept.
I am mostly interested in Chapter comments <unofficial is OK> as this
affects the chapters. non members may well remain non members and members
will (mostly) remain members. the affect on the chapters -- as Mr Hubbell
mentioned, the heartbeat of CORSA, is what I am interested in at this time.
thanks everyone. All your comments and responses are greatly appreciated.
Yes, I know I have asked before but with the possible third tier concept on
the table (the no Communique idea) i had to ask again.
apologies for not making the "bias" obvious enough.
