A mailing was made to all the email addresses, and to those without a valid 
email address, usps mail

plus it has been in the communique and on this list in the past, several 
times.

Does another usps mail letter need to be sent?   Yes.

Will it?  Yes

As I have stated to others,  I am mostly interested in getting the chapter 
information up to date, and hopefully kept up to date. -- web pages, email 
addresses, contact person information.  Hard to ask things or inform a 
chapter of things if the messages go into the internet abyss.  Email is more 
cost effective then usps mail -- greener <no paper> . plus for all those 
advocating reaching the younger generation,  it is the means of 
communicating -- ok, texting and twittering now more then email, but 
electronic is the fundation
