<CORSA Chapters> Non-summer convention

Ned, Per the CORSA annual convention policy document.

1.    Conduct an annual national convention and general membership meeting 
in accordance with the CORSA By-Laws. The convention is to be held in the 
vacation season with preference for the last week in July or first week in 
August.

Would a convention work at another time of year? I don't know the answer. I 
have heard that the Studebaker club tried a fall convention instead of a 
vacation season convention and it was a flop.
