<CORSA Chapters> Web page creation

Thanks for the input, Ned, and thanks to the other responders, too.

I'll follow up on this after I get some updates in, right now I'm trying to work on the simple side of things, like what Ned is suggesting.  I like the more involved chapter sites too, but they require an above average skill level to get started, the people who want to do something like that don't need my help :-)  Main thing is to get online with some info so people can find you.
