This issue is mostly about our Holiday Party. Mike Dawson did not supply 
a Preventive Maintenance Series article. He is again the president of 
HACOA, he was attending to Presidential Stuff this month. The newsletter 
does contain an update on our bid for the 2017 Convention. Hey we are 
sorta western division, the California, Santa Fe and Oregon Trail either 
began or went through Independence Mo where we are planning on having 
the event.
