<CORSA Chapters> Chapter plan and newsletter distributions

Hi folks,

Happy New Year!  I just wanted to send out a reminder about newsletters.  Part of the Chapter plan involves clubs sharing their newsletters.  Here are the main requirements of the policy:

- Share your newsletter with CORSA
- For the Tony Fiore newsletter award, judges need at least three newsletters
- Share with surrounding clubs

Since so many clubs share most or all of their newsletters electronically, we updated the policy to have blanket change to include electronic delivery.  To that end, you can satisfy the first two (sharing with CORSA and the Fiore award) by including newsletters at corvair.org on your distribution, it goes to both the judges and the Communique editor.  For the 'share with surrounding clubs', it's pretty vague.  You can just include your neighbors on your distro, or you can mail them to this list, chapters at corvair.org.
