<CORSA Chapters> Web award judging

Hi folks,

It's that time of year again, time to pick the best CORSA Chapter web sites.  I could use some additional judges this year, ideally I'd like 6, you'd only have to judge 2/3 of the sites.  Webmaster, casual user, or anywhere in between is fine, we need varied points of view.  Please drop me a note if you have time over the next week.
