Joe and All,

Attached are my recommendations for rules revision of the model car rules. Note the date included on the rules sheets. As of this moment, I am on the list of the chairman's workers for the 2025 convention, but feel that the ONLY way I can do the job and do it to the best of my ability is to run it under these rules revisions. I say that because of the missteps and errors I incurred in running the 2024 event, which spurred me to compose the attached rules revisions. I am requesting that this be put on top priority, as time is short. I have awaited a response from Joe Darinsig but have heard nothing, for reasons unknown to me. Thus I am sending this directly to you. I await your decision.
