Ken, Here are a few pics I took at the Olds show last year. As you can see, 
they had cars along the left side and in the rear of the hotel, so I don't 
think your idea should be a problem. I think we thought that using the rear 
for the concours would be best with the Car Show part using the parking lot. 
Again, I don't see a problem, but will run it by the hotel in the next day 
or so. I just got back from a mini vaca and am catching up.
