CORSA 2012: FW: Communique Convention Reports

By coincidence, I was today planning to ask Brian if there was a
coordinated effort to collect and submit convention activity reports.

As you can see from Mike McGowan's message below, the deadline for event
results and reports is near. I think that some of you have already sent
results and/or reports to Mike, but if not may I please ask that you
send them to ME or to Al Lacki, so that we can coordinate their
submission and ensure that no events is overlooked.

We need both event REPORTS (a narrative) and event RESULTS (the chart of
results).

If you were on an event committee, do not assume that another member of
the committee has this covered. If I receive more than one report on
any one event I will either edit them into one or submit them both as
different viewpoints. Please confer with one another and/or just write!

You need not write an in-depth thesis. If you are comfortable writing,
go right ahead, but if writing is not "your thing," just put some words
down and I will edit them into glorious prose.

Again, the deadline is soon, so please jump on this. Reply to me (
vairtec at optonline.net ) and/or Al Lacki ( redbat01 at verizon.net )
