Proposed Go kart event:

Since CORSA won't allow an autocross type event for go karts, I propose a
low-speed, one kart at a time event where the kart driver would maneuver
around traffic cones closely spaced to limit speed, and place a tennis
ball into a box placed near the cones.  Scoring would be based on time,
and the amount of balls that miss the boxes.  This will not be a trophy
event.  A certificate will be given to the driver upon completion.

The proposed event can be run on the closed segment of roadway between
the hotel parking lot and the unpaved overflow parking lot.  We may have
to get permission to use this area, as I am not sure wether it belongs to
the hotel or to the owner of the overflow lot.

I have two Chevy Jr. karts which can be used for this event.  Other Monza
Jr or Chevy Jr karts are welcome.
I believe we should have a liability release form at the site for all
entrants

Items needed:
20 Traffic cones
easel, paper and pens for recording times

I can provide:
card table, chairs
stop watch
2 radios
boxes and tennis balls
fuel

Marian and I will work the event, we will probably need two or three
helpers
