CORSA 2012: We are on the cusp of a Disaster

Parking!  We have a great plan.  We paid for space at OSV.  Now we
desperately need help.  My plea for volunteers to do shifts at the hotel
and at the parking area resulted in only one, count'em, one response.
Frank Hunter stepped up.  If we don't get help, we have the real
potential to have chaos at the hotel entrance as 20 foot trailers try to
navigate the narrow space.  This situation will colo our entire
convention.  I know of what I speak.  I witnessed the Buffalo convention
debacle. PLEASE HELP!
