CORSA 2012: Saturday's Meeting

The main goal of Saturday's meeting is to finalize details.  Ron
Manwaring has developed a room use chart but now we need to settle on
the actual layouts to include needs for tables and electrical power.
The lsit Larry Claypool recently sent is extremely helpful.  Please
review it and be sure to take care of these issues. 

One major issue is workers to help our different chair persons. Of prime
need is help with parking.  Also we need to help Cal Clark get his stuff
into the building on Tuesday.

Nobody stepped up to be our T shirt guy.

Start time at the hotel is 10:30.  Don't worry if you a little late--we
will be working in small groups so when you get there I'll make sure you
are working on the right stuff.
