Ok.  Base on this; I think--

1. Banquet attendance is no problem.  They can handle hundreds.

2. Picnic is close but capacity is 150 under the tent.  A possibility if
we go over 150 for  picnic, Kris at the hotel may be able to set up
tables outside the tent.  I'll check with her.

3.  Ice Cream Social is now scheduled for 2/3 of main ball room.  Kris
can open it up to full size.  Issue will be being able to serve ice
cream to 170+ folks.

4. Boston tour number is still under two bus capacity.  54 per bus I
think.  Will check.

5. Newport tour is currently just over one bus.  We need more to make
getting another bus cost effective.
