Kris at the hotel ahs provided me with a seating plan using tables of 8 that will allow us to have a max capacity of 216. The plan still allows space for serving tables; a DJ and a raised platform stage for both the Old Sturbridge Village musician and two of the Cobblestone folks who have volunteered to also provide music.
