For those that asked, 
Here's some feedback from Kris to some of our questions brought up at the last set of meetings. I've already replied to her with more info. Brian, is the fire pit $$ OK? I told her the Southbridge (hospitality) pit.

Hi Ron,

 

The diagrams you sent for the Rally Room and Valve Cover races will work just fine.  Thank you for the diagrams as they are very helpful.

 

  1.. The standard cost for the fire pits to be lit is $100 for two hours.  If you are looking for 8:30pm-10pm Wednesday-Friday I can do $75 per night for the hour and a half.  Which fire pit are you interested in having lit, Southbridge or Presidential Suite? 
 

  2.. The Hospitality contact for the Southbridge Room can sign out a key with our Banquet Manager, Aaron so they can come and go as they please.  Yes, a request was already put in for the two easels for the Southbridge Room. 
 

  3.. Unfortunately we cannot allow the car under the tent on the flooring. 
 

  4.. I assume the Slow Drags on Friday will take place in the Exhibit Hall Parking Lot.  Please correct me if my assumption is incorrect.  Yes, we can provide chairs just let me know approximately how many. 
 

  5.. I don't believe we have a water spigot on the front side of the building, just the one at the loading dock side.  We should be able to provide you with a flat bed cart to use during this time for transport.  Yes, we can provide chairs for this event.  Please let me know the specific location and we'll make it happen. 
 

  6.. Yes we can provide the table and chairs.  Again, I think we should put together a map for each of these outdoor events so we get the items set up in the proper areas.  Attached is an overview of the parking areas.

Hey Kris, as I mentioned, here's a few more when you get a chance, no hurry.

 

1 What would be the charge for the fire pit say from dusk 8:30pm till 10:00pm Wed thru Fri?

 

2 Will someone in the hospitality group be given a key to the Southbridge room or will it be under the hotels direction? Also, I can't remember if we discussed this, but can they have 2 easels if possible?

 

3 Will a car be permitted to position under the rear tent on Friday for a tech session? (car detailing)

 

4 Slow Drags on Fri 1-2, is it possible to have a few outdoor type chairs available for spectators? It not, I'm sure we can come up with something.

 

5 Back Seat Drivers Contest Friday 2:30 - 4:30 would like to know if an outside spigot is available in the front of the hotel to fill gal jugs? Would some type of roll around cart be available to transport these to the event area (front lot) ? Also, could several some type of outdoor spectator chair be available?

 

6 Junior Gymkhana (front parking lot) on Fri 11:30 am - 2:30 pm could use 1 table & 2 chairs if possible.

 

 

Again, just let us know what is possible and what is not so we can adjust.
