CORSA 2012: Event Limits

In a clarifying series of messages, I have learned that the information
that the picnic could handle 216 assumed additional tables would be
under the tent.  This is not the case.  Although I truly believe we will
have typical NECC weather, I do not want to take the chance.  So, we
will limit the picnic to 168, the amount of seats under the tent. As of
last night, we had 149 registered for the picnic.

Registration for the Mohegan Sun Casino tour are not robust.  In a cost
saving measure, we have ordered a smaller, 47 passenger bus.  So, that
is our limit for the Casino tour.  The Boston and Newport tour numbers
are growing.  We will make a decision about limits and possible refunds
after the close of the pre-registration date of June 28th.
