My reaction is that we should get the $200 promoter's license from the state.  The town requirement could be a bear..  Getting each individaaul vendor to get one would be like hearding cats.
Ron, Could you ask the Olds club guys how they handled it.

It appears that there are Two ways to get approval by the Town of Sturbridge for outdoor sales.

The first is to get a Promoters License - Cost $200 for 1 to 9 single shows per year

The second is to have individual vendors - they would then be required to pay the Sturbridge's Transient Vendor License Fee of 10 dollars. As the shows organizer we would be required to obtain a State Transient Vendor License from the State. I am waiting for a response from the State as to the cost of the License.

I have attached the back-up information from the town for your review and comment. Hopefully I will have all info for our meeting this weekend
