CORSA 2012: Assistance for Concours

Folks:

I'm assembling the various "hardware" and staff for the Concours.  If you have any of the following (and can get it to/from Sturbridge) and/or would like to volunteer, here is what is needed:

1. 16 carpet remnants (for undercarriage judges)
2. Two (2) laser printers and cables for scoring room....Microsoft (Excel) output compatible. Need spare cartridge. Ink jet OK as backup.
3. Five (5) volunteer alternates for the Scoring Room (Excel literate...or to help with paperwork). You'd work with the parson in charge of the Scoring Room.
4. Four (4) "runners" (or fast walkers) to carry scoring sheets from the Judging teams to the Scoring Room.
5. Four (2) garden hoses and wash buckets for the vehicle cleaning area (I have a multiple, 1-4 header coupler)
6. Back-up stop watch for the announcer (got one...but Murphy's Law....)
7. Five (5) Microsoft compatible laptops for scoring and double checking. At least one laptop must be Wi-Fi compatible (to send trophy plate content to the trophy plate engraver).  I'll have mine at least. (Note: these are not the ones from Registration...just for the Scoring Room).

I have pens/pencils/pads etc.

Maybe we'll also need a large bottle of Excedrin or Tylenol...we can share...
