To All

After scoping out the proposed outdoor sales area I have a better understanding as to what I'll be up against. See the attached parking plan.

Some questions and observations up for discussions:

I had the good fortune to meet Kris Moysenko, Sturbridge's Conference Planning Manager before I checked out Sunday afternoon. Kris Stated that the Vendors may occupy the space during the length of the convention. Is that our policy, what about security?

As per my 3-8-12 email, we have to decide if we are going to obtain a promoter's License, in my opinion the best choice, or having our vendors obtain a state transient vendor license

Spaces will have to be remarked, 50% are not defined at all. I asked Kris if paint could be used, because chalk won't cut it over 4 days. I will be Looking for a volunteer to help me mark the area Wednesday Morning

The larger vendor spaces (space 9-17), can we get an additional fee since they are almost double the length of a typical vendor's stall.

This question was asked of me, and frankly I haven't got an answer to it yet. Do vendors have to pay sales tax to the state, and is NECC liable if they don't pay?

I welcome any feedback that you have to offer.

Rob
