Hi again Gang!
     By now, all of you should have heard that the Sunday meeting has been
rescheduled to 13 Feb, same time and place and its still going to be an
catered affair.  A couple of you have already called and reconfirmed that you
will be attending on the 13th.  To make this easy on everyone, please read
below, you will fall under one of the three scenarios:::::

(1) - if you were in the "headcount" for the 30th and you are planning to
attend the meeting on the 13th and eat, DO NOTHING! just come on down.
(2) - if you were in the "headcount" for eating on the 30th and now for
whatever reason can not make the meeting on the 13th, and would like to take
your name "out of the cooks pot",  please let us know.
(3) - if you are one of those that were not coming on the 30th or coming and
not planned to eat;  but now plan to make the meeting on the 13th, and want to
eat with the rest of us, Please let us know.

Please Note:  Since the question came up from a member;  let me make this very
clear - Don't feel its an obligation to eat to  make the meeting,  eating is
scheduled for 12 noon, the General meeting is at 2 PM, if other commitments
does not allow your arrival time for eating, or you just don't want to eat at
the meeting for whatever reason, come on down for the General meeting and the
fellowship with other Club members.
