This is a reminder to all CORSA/NC members to get your newsletter articles ready to send to us for the October issue of the `Vair Heels, which we have now started to work on.  Remember to send us your information as soon as you can, but no later than the 22nd of the month.  We will be leaving on September 13th to go out West and returning on September 25th. As you can see we are going to be pushed to get the newsletter out by the end of the month when we return.  We will get the `Vair Heels out to everyone on time, but it is going to be very important that everyone have their articles to us by September 22nd if not before.  We have already started getting some articles and we look forward to hearing from more of you.  

Everyone needs to be talking about the `Vair Heels in your monthly club meetings and encourage everyone to send us an article or two each month.  Talking about the newsletter at every meeting will help keep it in the front of everyone's mind so that we can have a full size newsletter, keeping in mind to fill the newsletter we need enough articles to completely fill 12, 8x10 sheets of paper.  

If your club is having an outing, send us an article on that event and if possible, some photos to go with it.  Photos always make the newsletters more personable.  There are six clubs in CORSA/NC and we realize that some of the clubs are smaller than others, but we look forward to hearing from each club, even if it is a very small article.  Articles do not have to be long or detailed.  They can be about a new baby in your club (photo when possible), someone who just got married (photo when possible), a new Corvair for some lucky person (photo when possible), tech tips, the passing of a club member, a club outing, a new member in your club (photo when possible), etc.  Let us hear from you.  

We are also requesting that each CORSA/NC club President or the club's designated 'Vair Heels contact person send us the following information. 

1.  Outings & events your club has coming up through December 2005 so we can post it in the "Up Coming" events    
2.  "For Sale" or parts you are looking for.   


We also need each of the CORSA/NC member to send us the following information ASAP so that we can put it in the `Vair Heels at the appropriate time the following information.  The Queen City Corvair Club members do not have to do this since we already have this information from you.  

1.  Each member's birthday.  The month and the date, DO NOT send the year.  This is for both you & your spouse.
2.  Each member's wedding anniversary.  We need Month, Date and Year for this.


If anyone has any suggestions for the `Vair Heels we would love to hear from you.  We are very excited about editing the `Vair Heels and we are committed to giving 100% effort to it.  How much of a commitment are you and your club willing to give?  We look forward to hearing from everyone.
