[FC] ring and pinion gears

is it std or auto?  i like 355 auto,  327 std.  my preferences....with 110 or 

so engine powerglide runs good even on hills, top end is not as fast as i 
like it.  the 4 spd 327 was quick! and top end faster than a truck oughta 
go....regards tim colson.

Tim...Can you comment on how a 327 would work in a 110 PG FC?  I'm toying 
with the idea of using a 327 in conjunction with a torque converter with a stall 
speed reworked upwards by 250 RPM.
