[FC] Some resuscitation advice please

I would do one more thing Paul didn't suggest, pour about a quart/10 
gallons of ATF in the tank.  I'll keep the intake valve stems 
lubricated.  The varnish in old gas sometimes makes them stick.  It won't 
be a problem with the ATF added.
