Nice to have you on board..

It is great that you have such a wonderful story of finding your dad's truck
after all the years.

Keep up the hard work.

As for a windshield you might try:

Corvair Underground (http://www.corvairunderground.com)
Southwest Corvair (http://www.southwestcorvair.com)
Larry's Corvair Parts (http://www.larryscorvair.com)
Charlie of Phoenix (2902 North 60th Drive, Phoenix, Arizona 85033,
623/247-3272)Corvair Ranch, Inc. (http://www.corvairranch.com)

to name a few (not in any particular order) for more look on

Subject: [FC] Windshield Glass Needed

Hi all,

I'm new to the list and have been enjoying the postings of late!
Nice to know other restorers/fixer-uppers out there!

I have a 61 Rampside that is being worked on by a friend. Right
now I'm looking for a new windshield and driver side door/wing
glass. I'm in southern california--does anyone know of a place
I might could obtain a windshield, etc.? Could have it shipped
too I imagine. My truck is in Ontario, California at the moment
(I'm in Northridge).

If anyone is interested, I have a few pics at my website. Just
recently started that too and having the pictures there have
encouraged me to continue putting money into the truck!

Thanks for any suggestions or help. Oh, we did need a new choke
cable as well--but I believe it was finagled out of something
else.

Thanks!

My best,
