[FC] cap removal

Cheap prybar (harbor freight, big lots, etc.); wrapped three layers thick 
with the duct tape of your choice, except the last 1/4" at the tip. Work the cap 
loose from at least three locations around the outside, little by little, and 
you won't have any damage to the cap. It also helps to have a soft place for 
the cap to fall on when it pops loose (a jacket, duffle bag, your knee) so you 
won't bang it up. I learned that the hard way removing the stock caps from our 
'61 Impala; one of the plastic centers got dinged as it rattled to the ground.
