[FC] Quiz for the tekkies...!

What is the correct pull or tension on FC wipers? (The ones on my 62 GB seem
to be a bit on the strong side, but the new rubber does not seem to be folding
up under the tension)

Where do I make the fan belt adjustment? (I have scoured the manual and
nowhere can I find how to actually DO the adjustment. I have looked over the
62 GB and the 64 700 sedan and I am afraid that I don't see anything obvious)
