   Keith,
   2, very large BFH's. Place one so it is touching the opposite side of the 
ball joint and use the other to swing and strike the area where the stud goes 
through. A few well placed and hard hits should break it free. Also leave a 
little tension on the joint while you do this, and keep the jack under the 
A-arm.
