[FC] trailer hitch for greenbrier/rampy

Well, I will offer my two cents. I wanted a hitch receiver for my
Greenbrier for small utility trailers/bike rack, etc. I went to the local
u-pull-it junk yard and got a regular minivan 1 1/4 inch receiver that bolts
to their frame rails. I measured the distance between the rear frame rails
on the Greenbrier, then cut the hitch receiver to match minus the width of
two metal plates drilled to match the rear bumper attaching bolts. Weld on
the plates, slap on some black paint, and bolt on using the bumper bolts
below the truck.

Sturdy as the Greenbrier itself, no banged up knees, and so effective, I
made one for the Rampside as well. Total cost, thanks to the cheap
u-pull-it, about $15 apiece...

Come one and all and see these hitch receivers at Carlisle. Both trucks
will be there.
